I can't wait to get my hands on this Altima Coupe. I was just at Nissan USA over Easter Weekend checking ou the car in person. Tell you what, I was VERY impressed with the styling of the car and looking so great in person. Can't wait to get my Coupe and hook it up for SEMA Show this year. I will be working with many manufacture's to bring body kit, springs, turbo kits, etc. for the car. Let's hook it up!

Can I chime in on the issue of the photo gallery? I'm also in favor of them...but really a big fan of galleries that don't require you to scroll each picture to center and to access the "next" button. A nice touch is one that give you options of small and large views depending on your screen size. Give the sophistication of the rest of WR efforts...I love to see one that has thumbnails at the bottom...heck...just link us out to flickr (or the like) and post your photos there until you have time to develop a solid interface for your gallery. Forget it. Fwd is useless if it doesn't have something close to 50/50 weight distribution. The 4 might handle ok, but the v6 will probably be hopeless.

Who cares if its FWD or not balanced for the track. Its a great looking coupe that will serve well as a daily driver, its not meant to be a sports car any more than the Altima sedan is. Nissan builds the 350Z and G35 Coupe for that.
Given that styling, and Nissan's build quality as of late I'm sure this car will be as much of a success as any mid-size coupe can be these days.

I own a 2004 Infiniti G35. Love it, however i was in California and now reside in snowy Colorado...I am a car guy and won't resort to an SUV for the winter..My problem is solved with the Altima coupe !! That's right, im going to sell my G35 and get the FWD Altima for my year round vehicle...Yes i'll miss my "G", but this car's style and near-same V-6 has me excited !!!!

I like it I do, but the photo of the rear of the vehicle made me think...Pontiac G6 coupe? Take a look again and you'll see what I'm talking about. I just kinda wish Nissan would have went with the amber rear turning signals rather than all red. Amber woul have would have pulled it away from its Infiniti cousin and the Pontiac G6 and made it more interesting in the rear. Make no mistake my friends this was only a preemptive strike as the new '08 Honda Accord coupe is set to roll out soon. Now the balls in Toyota's court, either they bring back the Celica and make it a real contender, (rather than the car for every 16 girl that just got her license)or they give the Solara some sort of sport addition or package to compete with the oh so sporty Altima.
