Buyer's Guide: 2010 Subaru Tribeca

Pros:

  • Attractive, stylish interior
  • Good all-wheel drive
  • Roomy for passengers and cargo

Cons:

  • Exterior isn't as stylish as interior
  • Low level of driver involvement
  • More expensive, worse fuel economy than many competitors

Car Summary:

The Subaru may not have the most exciting exterior styling we’ve ever seen, but it’s not bad. It’s actually quite handsome compared to previous generations. On the inside, however, it’s a stunner. The front of the cabin is truly a unique space, with a dash that swoops around each seating position, with lines extending to the doors. It feels very futuristic in its aesthetic, but not in a way that most people would find polarizing. The fit and finish is executed neatly and well, and interior materials or pleasing to the eye and to the hand.
