We just took delivery of a bright red Pontiac G8 GXP this morning. During its week-long stay in the Ann Arbor test fleet, we'll be doing some pretty extensive testing for an upcoming comparison test (stay tuned), but we thought we'd offer the "most powerful Pontiac ever" up for a special round of Ask It.

Despite recurring electrical problems, we are all quite fond of Volkswagens. The Golf R20 spy shots today, predictably, got us jazzed up, and now we have VW on the brain. We just arrived in Laguna Beach, California, and will be spending the majority of the day tomorrow driving the all-new 2010 Mazda3. In past years, the 3 has won us over for its great mix of sporty driving, attractive price, and all-around usefulness. We're hoping that the new 3 still retains all of these good values, but we won't have the official word until after tomorrow's round of drive loops.

Because of this, we've decided to offer the new 3 up for a round of Ask It. Head on over to our forum thread and post whatever quesions you may have for Mazda's bread-winning hatch. We'll do our best to respond after we get some seat time with the car.

Editorial Director Tom Martin has just finished up his first drive of the Hyundai Genesis Coupe (read the review here), in both 3.6-liter V-6 and 2.0-liter turbocharged four flavors. While it’s going to be a couple of weeks before we get the Coupe in-house, Tom is more than willing answer as many of our pressing questions as possible in the meantime.

We're working up a comparo of roughly $30k sporting cars for Winding Road. We're getting the Mustang, Genesis Coupe and 370Z lined up. We want one more car.

Purchased a 2008 135 coupe end of November, 2008. being in the  midwest, did not drive it alot this winter - wanted to keep it nice till spring.  it had some demo miles - 2,000 on it when I bought it - but was presented and sold as a new car.  the last three weeks the car has been to the dealer three times.  the first was the passenager window - no big thing, but wanted it to operate correctly. then the engine light came on - did not go out ( the gas cap issues they always talk about). so they reset the codes and off i go.  It sat in garage for week - decided to take it out.

We have a 2009 Chrysler 300C SRT8 in the Ann Arbor test fleet this week, and while the 300 is an aging car with a refresh right around the corner, there's a lot to like about the SRT8 model. After all, what's so bad about having rear-wheel drive and a 6.1-liter Hemi V-8 under the hood? Aside from the fuel economy of 13/19 miles per gallon, anyway.

We'll be tacking on quite a few miles to the bad-boy Chrysler this week, so it only seems appropriate that we offer it up in our Ask It forums. Head on over to the forum thread and post whatever questions you may have about the 300C SRT8 and we'll do our best to respond.
