We've developed the following community guidelines in order for NextAutos.com to largely self-govern itself. If you feel another user is acting out of line, please report it to us here . If we find you're out of line, we will likely give you a warning. If you continue to be a nuisance, your account will be terminated.

Good ideas:

Golden Rule

• Treat people how you'd like to be treated. When you see cool stuff,
  leave a commentor get a discussion going. If someone uploads a picture
  of their car and it doesn't float your boat, don't sweat it. Be polite
  and respectful. Discussions are encouraged; hating is prohibited.

Upload Stuff

• Upload your photos, videos, stories, links, tall tales,
  what-have-yous. Just make sure you're not violating someone else's
  copyright, or it will be removed. If we find your account exists solely
  for the purpose of copyright mayhem, we will terminate your account.
  The only mayhem we tolerate involves Dukes-of-Hazzard car horns,
  ratchet straps, and Haynes manuals.

Thumbs Up!

• See something cool on NextAutos.com? Give it a thumbs up. This helps
  promote content to the main pages of each section and lets everyone
  know what's cool.

Share Us

• Send NextAutos.com and Winding Road to your friends, or use the social media toolbar at the tail end of every article to post to Digg, Delicious, and others.

Don't forget the Golden Rule

• Don't hate, don't threaten, and don't drown yourself in a sludgy cynical pool of death sludge. Enough said.

Don't be offensive

• There are users of all age here. Don't upload offensive images and video or those containing nudity. This isn't church, but keep your F-bombs to a minimum. That goes for you, too, Grandma!

Don't steal photos and videos

• Copyright is serious stuff. We respect those who create and will work hard to defend their rights.

Don't spam

• Don't use the site for sending unsolicited advertisements or bulk messages for nefarious means. If there's a cool site you want to share and you happen to own it, send it along but remember that there's a fine line between enthusiasm and self-promotion. If we find you're hitting up our forums and link section for the wrong reasons, we'll terminate your account.
