Italdesign Quaranta Concept Fully Revealed

While Italdesign’s last set of teaser images basically told the world what its new Quaranta concept was all about, we’ve now found a new group of pictures that fully let the cat out of the bag.

In addition to getting the full monty visually on the Quaranta, new details about the car’s drivetrain have emerged as well. The concept is said to use a hybrid system based on Toyota’s Synergy Drive, powering all four wheels to a 0-62 mph sprint of four seconds, and a top speed of 155 mph. Curiously the car is said to have room for four adults, and one child-sized passenger. We’re really looking forward to see how that breaks down, as well as getting a glimpse inside of the dark and swooping glasshouse.

Check out the latest Quaranta images in our gallery, and stay tuned for all the concept goodness, live from Geneva next week.
