Stock market? Blah! Only fools invest in those smalltime companies, like Microsoft, Apple, Dreamworks, and Starbucks.
What should you invest in? Classic cars--preferably American muscle cars from the late Sixties to early Seventies. So says Barrett-Jackson.
According to the auction company's mini-index, its classic car sales from 1998 to 2008 are proof the old junker is the way to go. The move has even swayed longtime consumer advocate and classic car skeptic, Keith Martin. Martin, still staying close to Craig Jackson despite Prop 8, even wrote a columnin the unknown publication Sports Car Market promoting the clear long-term picture for old car investment versus the stock market.
Anyone see this as other than tragic?
