NextAutos Attends the Chrysler “What’s New for 2009” Event

Yesterday a few NextAutos staffers attended Chrysler’s “What’s New for 2009” event at their Proving Grounds in Chelsea, Michigan. “What’s new?” you ask? Well, not a whole lot outside of small interior upgrades and drivetrain tweaks. Even so, we were sure to enjoy a day of driving Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep products on a variety of simulated road conditions and an invigorating autocross section.

The 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT easily stole the show, sending journalists into a dog-eat-dog frenzy where your order in the impromptu lines carried little weight. Even with a few models available for testing, you had to be fast afoot to find yourself in the cockpit of the retro-styled monster. We were happy to take our turn in the ever-popular HEMI orange pearl model, sporting flat-black racing stripes. It behaved much better on the track than any of us had expected, with notably solid handling for such a heavy rear-drive vehicle.

Gucci’s designs are recognizable because of certain signature
trademarks. Two of these trademarks are the double G logo and the red striped
webbing that appears on many of the pieces. Another trademark of the label, the
Gucci horsebit can be found on anything from shoes to watches and bags. As a
symbol for the label, the horsebit refers back to the company’s early
beginnings. Gucci Bags Gucci Wallet
