Official Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Images Leaked Before Frankfurt Debut
While the full list of details and specs have yet to be released, we now have a full set of production images for the much-anticipated Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG gullwing supercar which will make its world premiere at next week's Frankfurt Motor Show.
We're pretty excited to get some review time with the SLS, especially since we've grown to love the AMG 6.2-liter V-8 in many other iterations over the years. The SLS will be a true performer, boasting 563 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque, meaning this car will be good for 0-60 runs of just 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 197 miles per hour.

I've driven only two Mercedes: a 300SL Gullwing coupe and a '74 SLK (maybe a 300 or a 450 -- I don't remember). They belonged to the same lawyer. This new Gullwing is another stunning successful lawyer's car! I wish I was a lawyer!

So ugly. Where is the beautiful aerodynamics of old Mercs? The front grille looks like it's taken from a Dodge Charger. The rest has less of a style, being just a flat long piece of metal with a glass loaded cockpit area. Nothing is looking good on this car, not even the beloved gullwings.
But it is so fugly that it will be a sought after collector's item in a few more decades.
