Spy Shots: Audi RS5 Spied Testing in the Alps

We’ve seen the Audi RS5 testing before, but we get a little more excited about it each time. Especially when we see it on the kind of roads we love to drive.

Its V-8 engine should produce well upwards of 400 ponies. We imagine it’ll produce a nice sound, as well.

Scroll down to read the photographer’s comments, and be sure to check out our previous spy shots of the RS5.

We have seen the Audi RS5 testing at the Nürburgring before, and there was also some photos from hot weather testing in Spain. But they need to give the brakes a real test as well, and then they go to the Alps where we caught this almost uncamoflagued Audi RS5 prototype. Only thing still hidden are the boxy wider fenders like on the RS6, and of course like on the original, the UR-Quattro.
