Spy Shots: There's Something At Work With This Ferrari 599
We caught this Ferrari 599 testing, and according to our spy shooter, it sounds amazing. Perhaps Ferrari is working on a 599 Scuderia. Or maybe they’re simply running engine tests for the 599XX. We’re not exactly sure what Ferrari is up to, but we can’t wait to find out.

Is Ferrari working on a hard core version of the 599?
Sure, we have all seen the club racer 599XX that Ferrari showed us at Geneva. A very limited playboy racer for track use only. Maybe that was just a tease for something else because this prototype was mostly running tests on the road and it does not have the big spoilers and wings like the 599XX. Of course it was doing some hi-speed laps at Fiorano as well, and the sound it made…wow, makes your neck hair raise.
And in times where the sales figure of the “normal” 599 is dropping, Ferrari could do the right thing and develop a 599 Scuderia. Just like a big brother to the 430 Scuderia.
Limited editions and lightweight road racers do always sell, and they do bring you money in the bank. And in times like this, not everything does. But it could also be as boring as an engine test mule for the 599XX, but we rather hope for the first option.

It looks like a track runner - toes on the starting line, bent over at an angle with the rear appearing to be elevated and waiting for the starting gun.
