Earlier this week, Sir Stirling Moss was immortalized at Mallory Park race track in the UK, where officials unveiled a life-sized statue of the motorsports icon.

We uncovered this video of Juan Manuel Fangio driving his W196 Mercedes-Benz racer at Sandown in a demonstration race before the 1978 Australian Grand Prix. Sir Jack Brabham is on hand in a Lotus, too. It's an interesting video because it's obviously well after JMF's retirement, yet he seems to take this "demonstration" as a serious little event.

We found this archive of an interview that Jackie Stewart conducted with Ayrton Senna, which was actually recorded from Japanese television. In it the two world champions discuss Senna's tendency to make contact on the track. Senna's response is exactly what we'd hope he would have said:

"If you no longer go for a gap that exists, you're no longer a racing driver."
