Look, I'm an American. Really, I don't hate American car companies. In fact, I'm pulling for them to pull a rabbit out of a hat during this crisis. And frankly, I think the Detroit 3 often get a bum rap from folks who already know the anwer and don't actually look at or drive the product. GM, Ford and even Chrysler have some very good products.

The 2009 New York Auto Show is upon us, so let's talk about it. We'll post the articles and you can talk about them here.
So, what's on your mind? What do you like? Hate? Fear?
John Beltz Snyder
The Geneva Motor Show is full of concept vehicles, and this year is no exception. So far, we've seen the Ford Iosis Max, the Nissan Qazana, the Magna Steyr Mila EV, the Infiniti Essence, and the Aston Martin Lagonda, among others.

As we reported earlier, the Ford Iosis Max concept vehicle may be a glimpse into the future of the Ford Focus. What do you think?
BillS
Personally, I think Bangle did what he had to do. BMWs were stuck in a rut and safety regs mean we're never going back to '68, '78 or '88.
