Top Gear Admits It Lied about Tesla

 

Well, sort of.

BBC execs finally admitted, after a backlash from Tesla management, that the Top Gear staff (Jeremy Clarkson, chiefly) did deceive viewers when their test car allegedly ran out of juice.  The segment showed at the car running out of power early in the test run, having to be pushed into the garage.  After days of debate, the BBC has stated the Tesla never ran out of power and that the scene was meant to portray if it did. 

Yeah, right.

Ooooooh. I would've never expected Top Gear to do something like this especially when they've had no problems finding something negative about any car they've tested. They've even bashed an Elise.
